may I know the source of getting right information regarding real estate in Oahu??

I would suggest researching online for various real estate professional located in the area you are looking. Look at their websites, read their blogs and contact them with your questions. See if their responses fit what you are looking for as far as responding in a timely manner and without sales pitches.

Get a feeling for who they are while you are getting the needed information you want. Then you can decide which agent to develop a client level relationship with so they are working for you to acheive your real estate goals.

No shortcut i like to help but you have to found own self using internet search, because hard to gather information for particular area , you have to search on internet and you'll sure get info.
