Default Crazy Florida Market Right Now!!!

I am not sure how the rest of the US is doing, but we are in an insane market now. Our prices are 400% below what they were 2 years ago and we have a feeding frenzy of buyers coming down here to buy. I placed 5 offers, all over list a few days ago. All cash offers with no contingencies, and did not get one of them!!! Banks are pricing homes to start bidding wars!!! We have investors able to buy and get 25 percent cap rates or better. I am loving it. Wanted to see how other markets are doing now???

Well, they were selling that cheap, but they are going up. Waterfront and pool is much harder to get now, but 40-50 a sqft is possible, have to get offers in fast and use our great inspection clauses here to walk if you don't like it. Can make multiple offers and have a great way out...

You can search the mls on my site. pm me and I will send my url to you.

Closer to 80 to 90 a sqft now... Was much lower just 2 months ago.... Investors from out of country are buying everything they can get their hands on, along with investors from up north.
