I'm looking for an agent or broker with access to investment buyers for our national inventory of condos. We can pay up to 5% commission on the sales side and we offer huge incentives for buyers, including an optional leasing program that covers their Mortgage, Taxes, and HOA for 30 months. We have projects throughout the US including some great properties in the GO Zone if you have any clients looking to take advantage of the tax benefits.
Our lenders have also arranged some of the best financing terms available anywhere, including up to 100% financing for those that qualify.
As you know, these terms are very hard to come by considering the current state of the credit market. If you have investment buyers and they're actively looking for deals, this could be a great opportunity to get them into something without having to stress the financing.
