    Question Menphis TN

    Does anyone have any properties there?

    Is it a good area to invest in right now?

    Ideal time to buy a property, indeed. It seems that sellers are also very keen to sell their properties.

    I have agent friends in Memphis. The market is soft. If I were going to invest, now would be the time.

    Thumbs up Finding Properties to buy

    There are several fantastic places I found to find properties to buy nationwide. Here are a few;

    • Premier Asset Services - Wells Fargo National REOs
    • Hudson & Marshall- Make bids on REOs ONLINE! Properties are HOT HOT HOT
    • Bank of America REOs
    • CitiBank Mortgage - National Listings of REOs
    • Countrywide Home Loan Corporation
    • First American REO - A list of nationwide REOs managed by First Am

    I tried to link but since I am a new member I guess its not letting me. But you can google all of this and come up with the addresses. Hope this helps.
