    Default I need a 'subject to deal in the chicago area

    Hello

    I have a buyer seeking a 3 bed 2bath single family or condo in the chicago area, preferably naperville. Price range 140k-160k, note up to 1000 a month. cosmetic repairs only, must be in low crime area with good schools.

    I plan on using a land trust. I also dont expect the holding period to be more than a year
