    You have to be careful with private money. You can't say things like "guaranteed" or "security". Check out SEC compliances related to private money. Thats all I would be worried about. Alan cowgill has an excellent private money course called "private lending made easy." It is filled with more information than you could possibly have questions for. Check it out and you can see his mistakes and what he did. After all i think he is the number 1 expert on raising private money.
