Default Tampa bay, Fl can be a Goldmine

Your investments in Tampa bay area of Florida would be a great place.
By making an investments in New and second homes properties at Tampa can be a Goldmine for you.
Property rates are still stable in spite of having subprime US wide, i mean to say now a day worldwide.
Those who have money to invest, i would suggest them to look forward property investments in Florida.
    What do you think?

I am South of you and the deals are insane in Fort Myers as well. I am seeing bran new homes selling for less than the lot cost a few years ago. Rents are getting higher and higher. We are seeing increased sales each month this year.

Increased sales is true as well but for the most part it is in property 100k and less. We are flooded with reos in lee county especially cape coral.
