If you invest or know investors, Costa Rica is a great spot. There are plenty of Americans that came here, bought homes on nice size lots, opened a buisness, now wants to move back to the states and retire back there where they started. With the prices so good now in the US, they are makeing a great profit selling what they have, at a great price for a new investor. They are making enough $ from the investment they made 5-10 years ago and pricing everything right.

Ocean view lots, beachfront lots at great prices. The bigger the land, the better per square meter price.

Most are buying big pieces, break it up to smaller lots, building the roads, community gate for 24 hour securtiy, and sell off the property lot by lot.
