    Does anyone have any strategies on finding International or Domestic Investors to fund wholesale transactions?

    You can sign up in sites that cater to generating leads. This way, you're assured that you can be informed first hand when the information you are seeking for is already available. You'll also be able to do business with competent real estate agents when you need to.
