    Default Chat Technology

Since consumers are moving online and since having a website doesn't necessarily make you online, there is a chat feature available at American Agent Online that facilitates instant -live chat facility between the consumer and the agent.

It works like this. You download the technology and put it on your website and it shows that you are online now and available to chat. Consumers acn also reach you through the American Agent Online website, were you will be registered.

That actually sounds pretty neat I will have to check that out. Have you used it? Any success? Have you seen the products like real ping, that allows clients to call you from the website?

Yes, I have had success, though there were initial hiccups, but the site moderators are helpful. This works like, you log into the site and become online. Now, consumers can access you two ways, one from the americanagentonline.com site when they conduct a search there, another way, if they come across your site. Pretty cool, huh? Quite a lot of agents in California have signed up for this service.

    AAo -

Do you offer this service as a stand alone software? $5 per zip code seems a little steep. How are you generating leads? What KWs are you targeting?

    Hi Mike,

I have registered for 5 zips I think, and have made progress with a client. This customer found me through this website. We have almost 150 agents signed up from in and around California. 50% of them signed up through the press release.

I have outsourced marketing of the website, so I cannot answer your specific questions, however this company has earlier marketed my website realtortemple.com and has been effective. They are using a two proned strategy- roping in agents through a list and letting customers find the site through optimization.

Soon we will be going for pay per click and affiliates marketing through. Where are you registered?

No, currently we are not offering this software as stand alone as it is patent pending.

    AAO
