    Does anyone know where I can find a good resource for a comprehensive real estate broker check list that they use for the transaction coordination/closing coordination?

    Though tasks are somewhat related to your locale, I've created an excel spreadsheet set for real estate transaction types and instructions for importing them into MS Outlook for management. Here is the article.
