    Exclamation seller financing and promissory notes

    I'm very interested.
    But I want to make sure you are legit and, like the others, want to buy for half of face value note that have only 15% interest or more kind of stuff.
    I have notes regurarly.
    Selling between 90% and 95% of face value.
    7%-10% interest.
    15 and 30 amort.
    Most of the time with balloon (2-7 years)
    And always secured by real estate.
    All notes at 50%-80% LTV
    Holders are mostly foreign national investors.(no SSN, no history)

    I actually buy and flip notes my self Im not sure if you understood my post. If your interested in selling me notes than Ill be more than happy to do business with you. And yes this is a 100% legitimate offer. Contracts are involved to insure everyones security in the sale.

    I was thinking about starting a website for that. Or adding a section for note buyers on my foreclosure and preforeclosure website. I will keep you in mind.
