Buying apartment in Vizag

Hi,
I am planning to buy a 3BHK apartment in Vizag. I came across Shriram Panoramam hills and i would like to know if its a good buy.Pls let me know if i should go ahead and buy the property. And also views from people owning Shriram apartments or people who know about the builder will be very helpful.
