    video marketing is a great way to market properties to potential buyers that may not be able to attend your open house inspections...
    youtube is apparently the most used search engine.

    Aside from video marketing, advertising on online classified website is also effective. Even putting up sale sign in the yard will draw attention of prospect buyers.
