Selling home is not that easy you have to prepare your selling home checklist or have at least a plan. You have to find buyer and find ways where you can get good buyers.

I think in the list you forgot to mention "find a buyer". This is by far the most important and the most difficult to do because every buyer has a specific demand for each house they are planning to buy. It is rare to find a buyer that will buy a house as you have left it.

Go to your friends who have experience in selling their own home or buying a new home recently. It is best to ask for their help and even before you begin working with a realtor. This will make the process go much faster. Also, go to resources such as home design and television and magazines on the subject. It is like studying for an exam.
