Question Resources for home sale data?

I've been looking for some raw data on home sales (number of sales, prices, etc.) in my state.

Sites like Yahoo! Real Estate, Trulia, and Zillow all seem to have some pretty graphs and things, but what if I want real data narrowed down to a specific city in my state?

I thought I could find a government site for this, but so far no such luck. Any suggestions?

I've found a lot of local information services that I've posted on my site for the Charlotte NC market however, some national info services you can try which I've also listed are:

    CoStar Group - costar.com
    HomeGain (.com)
    Intelius (.com)
    Real Capital Analytics - rcanalytics.com
    REIS (.com)

I'm sure you can find others but these may work out for what you're looking for,

    Good luck
    Rory
