Buying house - loan needed

Hi. I'm buying my 2nd house - freehold in PJ
FYI, 1st house is completely paid up already
Price RM315,000
Loan RM225,000
Combined income with wife RM15,000

Pls let me know whats the best loan package you can offer Thanks
