what are the big RE listing websites
Hi everyone,
Starting to look at your market, I' m from Europe. Not sure what the best/biggest websites are, where I can find the most listings, with pics and everthing.
So far I have zillow, yahoo, ebay and realtor.com. Have I missed anything decent?
Thanks for the help.

what are the big RE listing websites
Hi,
There are many websites where you can find available properties to purchase. You seem to alread have some of the better ones. Are you really considering purchasing properties from Europe, or are you going to make arrangements to fly back and forth to conduct your real estate business?

You seem to have some pretty good sites. Depending on location, "redfin.com" and "movoto.com" focus on a few areas I look into, but don't have areas if you're looking into the entire US RE Market. You can try "mlslistings.com" for a comprehensive list of most available properties. Even the real estate section of craigslist has intriguing available listings. Hmm the only other ones that come to mind are "trulia.com," but "homes.com" isn't too bad either. You should try specific realty companies' websites (ie sothebys, century21, keller williams, coldwell banker, etc.) If you know a specific area you are interested in, there are probably going to be realities that are only in that area as well.

For US real estate I use realtor.com and for Canada realtor.ca, but in my honest opinion the US one is much better than the Canadian one.

thanks for the answers, much appreciated.

taxlienadvisor, I have just secured a loan here and I just want to profit from the low prices in the US, investing in some residential properties with the objective of trying to have the loan covered by the rents.
so I will make a couple of trips and buy what seems interesting, and then return to Europe, hoping I won' t have to be in the US every other month to take care of rents being paid or whatever.
