I am currently living in Detroit and thinking of getting my real estate license as a salesperson but I do not plan on living in Detroit for a long time and plan to move to Florida. My main question is, can I transfer my license to Florida license for a fee, or would I have to redo the whole license in Florida?

I researched and noticed that in Michigan the requirements are 40 hr course and in Florida I believe it is 63 hr course. Any idea what is the difference between these two states?
