Las Vegas Loan Modifications NOT California Loan Modifications

Does it matter if they are in Las Vegas or California? This company says they are based in Las Vegas and the attorneys they use are in Las Vegas: LasVegasLoanMods.com

Is there a benefit to using a local company instead of a company from California.

Did you contact that loan modification company? Were you impressed with them? I would assume it is better because they specialize in Las Vegas real estate instead of Cali real estate. Plus they probably have an office here in town that you can meet with them at instead of doing it all through snail mail. Please let me know if that company is a good one to use as I am in a position that I need to make a quick move. Thank you.

I currently live in Las Vegas and used a California based company to help me with my Loan Modification on an ARM that has currently become to much for my budget. The representatives at the company were very poorly educated on the Las Vegas market and I was very discouraged by the fact that I couldnt meet face to face with anyone from the company. After a about 2 weeks of not having any phone calls returned or speaking to about 5 different people who had never even heard of my file, I pulled out of working with them. I may try lasvegasloanmods.com though since theyre local, got any more information on them?

I would definitely think a local company has an edge over an out of state company. Chuck can you give any advice as to ways to find out if they can get your loan modification completed without the mess you went through?

In my opinion, it is best to have a local company do it for you. Our company for instance is based in Henderson (Las Vegas), NV and we work with attorneys that are also based here in Las Vegas. We are able to do loan modifications nationwide but we specialize in Las Vegas Real Estate and the attorneys we work with also are based in Las Vegas. We consider ourselves experts in the Las Vegas market and being local also allows our clients to come in and sit face to face with us to discuss their situation instead of sending a check in the mail to a faceless, out of state consultant that may or may not be legitimate. Our clients have mentioned repeatedly that the prefer being able to come in and speak with us so much more than playing phone tag etc with out of state companies.
