    I would agree. For those of you out there that don't know how to go about finding pre-foreclosures the easiest way is to subscribe to your local financial newspaper. In most counties the majority of lenders stick to one paper and publish all of their foreclosure notices in the paper. You'll get much better information than subscribing to those national databases.

    Court rooms here show only foreclosed properties...
