Any advice on how to target and get in contact with wholesale buyers?

Excellent list, I also would love if someone who has good knowledge on these directories could put up a working list for us new guys.

Does everyone feel that a competitive reach of backlinks can be obtained by just free directories? Or is paying for the high PR directories worth it? (not talking about other backlink methods, just directories)

Some of the directories are not available any more. Is it only me or anyone else having problem opening the sites mentioned in the thread? Some are working though.

I've tried directories like this and have not received anything from it.

I am not sure but most of the directories are short lived, i just found a website which ahs list of all kind of directories, directorycritic dot com, they have a niche directory page which has real estate directory links, most of the directories are paid.
