    Zero.

Real estate directories rarely drive traffic to a web site. Some are useful for SEO purposes, but why pay for premium placement for that reason?

Think about it. When homebuyers search for real estate online they do not go to their favorite search engine and type "real estate" or "real estate directory". They type in "city name real estate". Most directories are not optimized for individual cities. If you do notice a directory popping up in the top 10 rankings for real estate searches in your area, then it might pay off to pay to be listed in a premium position in that directory.

Paying for placement does work on a major real estate site like Realtor.com. It can also work if the majority of your listings are in a specialized niche (i.e. advertising golf course homes on golf web sites, luxury homes in the DuPont Registry, etc.).

You can place your links for free in our directory at WannaNetwork.com. Its free to submit your link and it has pretty good page rank.

Smile most of my sites are submitted to free Directories only.

Most of my sites are submitted to free Directories only.

I did buy links to promote my sites, but submission is only to the free directories.

They seem to work ok; all my sites are indexed and most have good predicted page rank.

Hope that the next page rank update will give me a big boost.

    Thanks
