Thread: Free Real Estate Listing Site - One post 4 sites

Technically you could look at my signature but let me explain a few things about my sites.

1-Its free and will remain free any money made from the site is put back into advertising.
2-Its not just one site its a network of sites with more added as time goes on.
3-The sites get great traffic already. Currently a Bad Day 900, Good Day 4000 visitors a day. It all averages out and is on the rise.
4-Realtors are shown in locations they have listings in. Realtors with the most listings in an area show up first. Biggest contributors to the site get top rankings.
5-We dont spam or care to spam or sell your information to anyone.
6-Soon I will add the ability to name your realtor link giving you the ability to have anchor text.
7-Updated and improvements are made quite frequently and the site is modified based upon whats needed as the sites grow.
8-Its a push engine we also push listings out to various classified sites. We know of another site that was getting the credit for our work and a few people have realized it was our sites that got them the leads but all is good. Now no one can guarantee you leads but for free you have nothing to lose. A few people start off with just one listing to test us out and at some time later you see them posting 30 more listings.
9-Very important we dont show links to places we dont have listings for. I cant stand sites that list every location but it is nothing but dead end links with no listings for the area.

Something we think is really neat but will arrive late this year if all goes well.

So right now one listing gets you listed on 4 real estate sites. Soon to be 6 if you have video. 7th would be a global site.

The Catch?
Nothing on your end.
On my end two things.
1- I get an education and the sites serve as a method for me to get the job over someone else looking for a job. Web development, seo, database management Is not my primary job function but it supports my resume. A company can ask what are you capable of doing and the site helps me get the job over someone else. In my line of work someone who has a seconday skill of programming goes a very long way.
2- Im starting a sports company and advertising is expensive. My real estate sites will hopefully help me to keep advertising my sports company to a minumum. My plan is to make money on selling sports items and use the free real estate sites to advertise my sports company.
