This site is being designed to drive traffic to agents sites and was designed do to the owner getting sick of seeing homegain an other lead generators at the top of the search engines. Take a look at this post in my blog or just visit Active Rain.

Yes, I agree. Even though I am relatively new to most of these Real Estate Networking Websites, I must say that I am also impressed by Active Rain. It is indeed very informative & provides great discussions. Again, my only concern is the lack of presence from other Canadians & lack of Canadian Content on a lot of these networking sites. If anyone knows any great sites that are centered around of have a lot of Canadian based content, please post them. Or, feel free to contact me directly with that info.

I've recently joined activerain and also find it very valuable. Blog post show up quickly in SERPS and it's a great way to connect with buyers/sellers as well as generate referral relationships with other Realtors.
