All state pages are indexed and have a PR4. Great way to get a PR4 link to your site. The last 5 featured links appear on the Home page which is a PR5 an even greater way to get a PR5 link.

Ok now my links are in my signature. I also just wrote a blog on Active Rain about my 2 Real Estate Agents directories, there you can find the updated info about both directories. Active Rain is a great place to start a blog if you haven't already done so. Use the AR link above to sign up it's free and it's a great place for networking.

Your two directories are pretty empty right now and have no Page Rank. I'm looking for Real Estate related sites and they have to have a reciprocal link on their home page if they don't want to pay for a link. My 2 directories are a PR5 and a PR4 and your link will most likely be on a PR4 or PR3 page depending on the directory.

You are right, as this is a pretty new site. However, I believe it will gain good PR pretty soon, as it is a directory site and not a directory page on a site for something else. you know search engines love directory sites. And normally is more valuable for the sites been listed in these sorts of websites.

If you are not happy to exchange at this moment, it is OK. We may do this at a late stage when our directory site gets a reasonable PR. Thanks anyway.

I started a new real estate related directory last week and it is now excepting submissions at Affordable Real Estate Solution . The new site is broken down into 8 categories Appraisers, Movers, Home Inspectors, New Homes, Home Stagers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Agents and Rental Properties. Also my 1st directory US Real Estate Directory is now ranking on page 1 of Google for Real Estate Agents.
