Real Estate Agent Directory
I was of the impression that google didn't give much if any weight to be listed in directories. Is anyone actually getting any real estate buyers or sellers from inclusion in a directory. When I first got started in the real estate business I paid to get listed in a bunch of directories only to realize that I'd just wasted my money. First of all most of the paid ones are only temporary so you might be there for a year and then get removed anyway unless you pay again. I don't think google gives much link juice to directories so time is better spend on other marketing efforts.
Looking for a realtor in Minnesota? How about a Missouri realtor in St. Louis or Kansas City? Agents Ranking researches the performance of thousands of real estate agents every year and hand selects the best realtors. You can also find information on Minneapolis Realtors at Minneapolisrealestates.com.

There are lot of real estate directory sites that helps in building quality backlinks. But when it comes to getting traffic from them, it's quiet low.
Get information on investing in Philippines real estate. It's the best way to find Manila Real Estate.

Method to find real estate directories
Finding real estate directories is not that hard.
1. Go to Google
2. Type "real estate directory"
3. Sift through the list
What is MUCH harder is finding lists that people see and that Google respects. Most people are doing it for the backlink, but many free directories do not approve submissions very quickly. Even when they do, Google might never crawl them to give your website credit.
As you might be able to see, I'm not a big fan of Internet directories, but I hope what I wrote helps.

I have not found any directory that you paid for to be worth the money. Most search engines discount those directory rather quickly. Even if you find one that has not be discounted already, counting on it not to be discounted in the future is risky. If you base for site standing on this type of support, be ready for a big plunge when it fails.
