I agree, craigslist is very trusted as a source for just about anything, especially when people move to a new city.

the postlets look good, although I am neither a home seller or a buyer right now, but they really look good, clean and simple.

sitetutor and cwstream, we appreciate the feedback. if you get a chance to demo postlets, we'd love to get your thoughts on what you like and what we can improve. we're currently working on an "agent showcase" feature that gives real estate professionals a free, personalized listings page and expect to roll this out in the coming weeks.

Neat idea and I was working on creating an ad when the site died and I have an error saying "Suspended"

Can anyone access postlets(dot)com ?

No longer can access the site or the ad I created.

Suspended. I guess they didn't pay their hosting.
I have another concern though. While it is html code for the template, the codes will take 80-90% of the lyric. That's mean that the second ad you'll upload with the same template will be rejected as "similar ad".
Beside, your html will be detected as spam. Result: the URL used will be banned from craigslist.
And I know, it happened to me
