Here is a referral marketing gem!
Word of mouth or referrals is the best way for any realtor to generate new business. It is Not paying for expensive ads that don't convert.
What you want is to be able to get in front of every one of your clients top 20 closest friends.
If you have just closed a successful deal and you are not asking for a referral from your client, then you are leaving a ton of money on the table!
