You've posted the same exact advertisment in two threads now...

Please contribute to the forum, let us know about you, get to know us and then maybe people will be curious about what you do and ask you.

I have to tell you that your first two posts are borderline SPAM, but I do want to give you the benefit of the doubt, so please do contribute. We'd love to hear from you and everyone who has experience in different fields than we do.

Hello. Sorry about that. I'm new to the forums, so I wasn't too sure how to go about letting people know what I'm looking for.

I've been told that this site would be a great place for me to find interested sellers. I'm a buyer/finder who specializes in real estate and business notes. I prefer seasoned notes as I find these to be the most risk-free investment for me as well as some of the other investors I work with.

I'm based out of Nashville, TN. I'm a songwriter full time, and a buyer/finder part time. I find the real estate market to be a great day job as well as an excellent source for profitable business investments.

Is there anyone else here who deals with notes? I'd welcome the opportunity to share our experiences and techniques.

Welcome to the forums! You were told right, this IS a great place to network. On that note, we are always on the lookout for poeple trying to SPAM us. But, no one is accusing you. You'll know when we find a SPAMMER because the title of his/her thread will have the word [SPAM] at the end of it after we add it.
