boost your marketing efforts

Many in our industry have been struggling in this market, and I recently started a new business venture that compliments my work in real estate. I got started in this business because I was looking to create an extra stream of income, but was ecstatic to find that many of new partners in business were also incorporating this new business to boost their real estate marketing efforts, as well as create an additional income stream.

Thanks for your interest and response to my post. I recently started a business in the travel industry with VIP travel because I needed to create an extra stream of income, with the state of the housing industry being what it is. I checked out several different business ventures, but ended up with VIP because a friend of mine had enjoyed a tremendous amount of success in her business in just one year, and I knew that if she could do it, I certainly could. Surprisingly when I got plugged in and started networking with others in the business, I was amazed at the number of brokers and realtors that were already working this business, in conjunction with their real estate careers. Many have shared their stories of how they have used various travel incentives and giveaways as tools to get traffic and market to new prospects as well as create multiple streams of income. The creative marketing ideas shared will change anyone's negative sentiment regarding the state of housing. So it seems Sarah that you have gotten out of the real estate game and have moved to an internet travel business. I think that is great. Though I will say that seems out of place here on a real estate forum. But I can understand your excitement about finding something that is putting money in your pocket in this crazy market.

For the rest of us that are still in the real estate game who are looking for altenative income streams that are related to real estate, you do have options!

I am currently looking to build a team of real estate professionals to participate in a real estate business that will not only put money in your pocket NOW but will build a client network that will grow organically through word of mouth in your area. I'll send you the information. I am currently making anywhere between $400 and $1000 per client by advertising with a totally different angle. Each client takes about an hour to process. And if you are in a hot market, you can process 20-30 clients a month!

If you have a good relationship with a title company and a lender, you could easily do more than that!
