I made my money on real estate the old fashioned way... by buying great properties, holding them for a long time, and managing them with common sense and good judgment. I put together a real estate system and sold over 1,000 units at as much as $100 a piece. I have now decided to post it all for free... the books, the audio content and the real estate forms. It is my way of giving back, and maybe I'll make some money if people click on the ads that appear on the site.

Part two is called The Myths and Realities of No Money Down Real Estate. It is a break-down of all the infomercial/tv guru methods and why I think they are a a bad idea for most beginners.

This really is free and there really are no strings attached. I put a lot of time into this content, and I am very knowledgeable on this subject.
