Default Foreclosures and No Money Down

How do foreclosures tie in with no money down. What's the scope for combining these two approaches to real estate investing?
Have any of you tried to combine them and what were your experiences? I imagine investing in foreclosures is associatied with flipping the property for a quick gain. "No Money Down" would involve holding onto the property for a time (a few months at least)as it involves Lease-Purchase contracts.
It would be amazing if you could combine them though, as your returns would be astronomical.
    Any thoughts?

C'mon now, someone asked you nicely a while back to not spam this forum. But here you are again. Can someone ban this person please?

I agree. Third strike equals one week off for our new friend here.

No problem. I sort of cautioned him over a week ago... so one week off won't hurt him if he is serious about joining us. But if his IP shows up as a different username and begins SPAMMING us again, he'll get the boot for good.

LOL. Remember when Spam was something that you would (arguably) eat? You would think that people would learn that spamming forums is so old school it doesn't work any more. I guess there are still some forums out there without good moderators...
