    Buy a great deal at today's low prices and hold until prices are higher. Or find those that are doing that and wholesale properties to them.

    Nothing's changed today other than prices are lower and it's more work to find buyers. They're still out there, you just have to work a little harder at finding them.

    I agree about working harder and smarter, I think were I was going is whether or not there was a specific strategy that would be particularly effective with the increase in foreclosures and the tightening on the parts of lenders.

    Other than the long term rentals, one thing I've heard is to short builders' and lenders' stocks. Sell high, then buy low. If you like that sort of thing...
