I'm making studio films $22million + each. I'm looking for two things

1. I have a gentleman with a gold mine property worth way over $100million + willing to put it up as collateral against a loan. Know any good lenders willing to do this?

2. I'm also looking for development funds around $300k. This will return 50% in 6-8 mos. Let me know if you are interested in this.
