66 Leased Condos available $62,000 Mth Cashflow

We have 66 leased units (52,000 sqft) in a West Palm Beach Condo project www.ClearLakePalms.com (Great location East of I95, near Palm Beach, city and beaches)

These units are generating over $61,000 in monthly revenue. Owner is looking to negotiate a price, but should be somewhere in the $7 Million range.

We represent the developer on the sale of the property. I have all the spreadsheets and information prepared for you.

Please call if you may have some interest. Will consider partial takeout.

We also have 75 vacant units and may consider seller financing, but only in conjunction with a cash deal for the leased units.
