Commercial Properties Wanted
We are direct to a large Bank here in the US that are looking to buy Commercial properties nationwide $5Million and up to no maximum,these are the properties that they want to buy,and these properties must have some equity in them and they prefer commercial properties with no mortgages and no liens.The properties are:
*Commercial Vacant Land Property
*Waterfront Developments
*Office Buildings
*Hotels
*Shopping Centers
They will not accept Condo developments,Apartments,and No Residential.
I have the LOI that the Bank will need to have filled out by the direct Principal seller.Once the LOI is signed,then we will setup a conference call within 24 hours,and if the seller is fine with everything after that call,we will then get out the other documents for the seller to sign.
Everything is funded to the seller in 60 days and the seller has to sign over the rights to the property.You must be direct to the seller and also you must be compensated by your seller.
If you have any clients that will be interested in selling off properties that they are not making money with and want to make some immediate Cash,then contact me.
