    Thumbs up Discounted Homes 30%+ Below Appraisal

    I have a Tampa builder with least 35 homes(Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough)that are completed or almost complete.

    We need to sell them as a block. Builder will pay for appraisal, doc stamps and title. Appraised value will be determined by 3rd party MAI Appraiser.

    $100,000 deposit, 10 Day Due Dilligence, 15 day closing after hard contract.

    Homes not complete will be closed within 7 days of CO.

    This is a substantial opportunity. The builder also has in the mix, 4 Models he will lease back at 6% of the adjusted purchase price for 12 months. Principals ONLY or their direct agents, no 3rd parties. Email me for a list of homes. Discounted prices range from $191,000 - $599,000.
