    Default My Real Estate Mistakes

What I would like to share with you is my story about how I started my real estate career. Before you hit the back button, let me explain. My story is not about how you can get rich quick or make $30,000 a deal, but a step by step process of how NOT TO! I will take you back to when I sent out over 16,000 postcards and didn't get one deal out of them! I will tell you about surrounding myself with a less than stellar team and the problems I had with them, and many other mistakes I made, so you won't make the same ones! Most real estate investors will only tell you of the incredible success they have had and how they retired at 35 years old, then want you to buy their overpriced system on how you can do it too. I will tell you a real life story of an average guy with a big idea and the realities of starting from scratch. I will also walk you through the last rehab project I completed, step by step. I will discuss how I found the property, the decisions I made throughout the process, and even how it took 3 40 foot dumpsters to hold all the junk that was inside! This book is complete with before and after pictures. So if you are a new investor that is looking for some guidance, a seasoned investor looking for a laugh, or just an average person with a big idea, this book may be exactly what you are looking for. To check it out, please email me at Bluestarhomes@ gmail.com.

    Thanks,

    Jared

Default Good luck with your book sale

I thought you were going to give us some advice on the forum.

Finally get to the point you are to sell a book.

Just like to say good luck with your book sale.

An idea: You may tell few of your adventures and then if we like your presentation, we buy your book.

    Thanks
