SweetestDeals.com for Sale
Hi,
I've created a web site prototype (SweetestDeals.com) for a real estate agent.
I would appreciate your comments. Also, I'll pay 10% commission for your referral, if the referral leads to a successful closed transaction.

Nicely laid out, good color schemes, easy on the eyes font size and color too. Easy navigation. But what are you selling? Candy? Homemade Gingerbread?
Here are things you're missing: MANY pictures of the homes you have for sale. Google maps as to where the property is. When visitors stop by, they want to know where it is and how to get there. Have a map pop up when someone clicks on a picture okay? It would be a good idea to have your landing page/home page begin with a LITTLE about yourself - one paragraph and get to your point. Have your contact information easy to locate. -place your addy and phone on the bottom or top of each page? Don't make people search for what they need. Have at least 20 pics of each property and, if possible, a picture of the entire property. Many times people ask me "How close is the guy next door?! I'm not spending $150k to have the asshole neighbor look in my living room window". -they have a point.
Make it easy on visitors to get to where they want (pics, maps, contact info), in as few clicks as possible.
Write some articles and have a link/button up top to these articles. These articles will shape people's opinion of you as well as how easy it is to get to your properties you have for sale.
Good luck.
