    Default DallasRealtor.net for sale, spot #1 on google

    Note the realtor Trademark, so you have to be a realtor to own this... (ideally in dallas)

    keyword "Dallas realtor" and soon to be also "dallas realtors"
    spot #1 on google
    spot #1 on bing
    and spot #1 on yahoo

    site gets about 1-3 leads daily, would guesstimate about 2-4 closings a month would come from site.

    Dallas average is about $200k, so $12k - $24k in commissions monthly, though not looking for anywhere close to what the website and name are worth.
