Default We all should be doing this It works and you have nothing to lose.

I found this site two years ago and it has been gold for me. I think this is a really good marketting tool because it's always good to give something away and even better if it doesn't cost you anything to give it away all the better.

Check it out and let me know what you think.

I checked the site out but am not seeing how it would benefit me in my Real Estate career - please let me know what I'm missing...I'm probably not clicking in the correct area.

Real Estate Guy - if you offer satelite TV to your clients so you make a commission on it plus the purchase do you also sell homeowners insurance and maybe loans too.

Thanks but no thanks.... I am a professional that has worked way to hard to build a good reputation as a REALTOR -

I am just as professional as you are Tesa this is just a free gift it's not as complicated as you seem to think it is! They will need to get the Dish someplace it may as well be from me. It's free to join so why not? I have had very good response with it. It works for me!
And no I don't sell homeowners insurance or do loans at least not to my home buyers that is. but I do sell Domain names and Hosting if your interested. I can do more then one thing at a time it's not to hard.
I won't be mad if you send your customers my way for a free dishtv www.adventdishtv.com

Mile High Agent.. I have found it to work well in these areas.

Give away to every new sale you close. (They will be looking for cable or a Dish as new home owners)
Advertise the offer for all people who visit an open house.
Include the offer in the mail pieces you are already sending out.
Send the offer out to past customers.

Just to name a few ways it has helped me. It really goes hand in hand with selling homes. If I owned a furniture store I would give them a good deal on that to lol.
It's just another way to market. www.dishlicious.com
