    Post Selling various properties throughout the South Chicago area!

    Hi my name is Bud Rado.
    Im selling a LARGE amount of properties in the South area of Chicago. These areas include bronzville, washington park and the very "HOT" and developing area of Englewood.

    I have mutli unit condo buildings, SFR, and much more.

    I also have about 40 lots in the same areas for very cheap and reasonable prices!

    I am willing to negotiate the prices and even trade properties.
    I am open to any trades including boats, other homes (In IL, Wisconsin, and Indiana), cars pretty much anything!

    The prices of my properties currently varies anywhere from 10k to 800k (for the lots) and 60k to 1000k (for the properties).
