100+ Unit MF Wanted
WANTED: Residential Multifamily property (100+ units) located in Southern CA, Phoenix AZ, FL, TX and all over the West Coast. Prefers B & C class property (A-class will be considered if the returns are good enough). 10% cash on cash return expected 1st year. Price range: $1.5M - $100M ($15-35M sweet spot).
