We currently have this property under contract and are looking to assign it to a rehabber. The property needs plumbing and electical. The inside is mainly just framing. The seller could not finish the construction and is looking to get rid of the property.

Based on the feedback we received on this property, we went back to the seller and renegotiated. The asking price is now $65,000, lowered from $93,000. We also lowered the ARV to $185,000 to ensure a quick sale. The equity will now be $57,000 for the rehabber of this project. The seller also contacted town hall and found out that the property address is actually 139 Eastern Avenue, Waterbury, CT, instead of 137. This project is too large for my company to take on.
