    Default Houston Texas Hard Money Loans

    Newbridge Investments & Home Loans is seeking investors who need funding for commercial and residential properties due to the lack of traditional financing. If your note is about to balloon, need funding for a new project, funding to complete a project or just need funding to purchase a property to rehab and lease or sell we can help. As a mortgage broker we have access to mutiple lenders for hard money and private money funds. The LTV's range from 60 to 70%, minimum loan amount is $50,000 and the max is $30,000,000.
