It is just like Craiglist only it has less spam. It also has less traffic which kinda sucks but you can post on the once or twice a week and CL daily. That is what I do in the Las Vegas sections.

Thanks, I'll try it, but finding available homes, condos, land or even commercial real estate in my area is always not that easy. U sure that u've been checking it everyday and there are tons of posts every day?

First time I've heard of that site. I live near Orlando and checked it for land near me and it looks like there's posts here and there (maybe 3 or so per day). I can see how it resembles Craigslist but it does seem to have some spam in there since the results from Orlando are showing cities a lot farther away than that. I'm sure it's a good tool to add to the bag though.
