New Innovative Marketing Approach

Hello, wanted to introduce our company, Eiku, and our services. Our company specializes in real estate marketing technology. In a nutshell, what we do is we help realtors compose innovative marketing strategies and provide the tools and services necessary to effectively sell any property faster. On a basic level, our tools provide two basic benefits: drastically increase the size of potential client base; secondly, and more importantly, isolate the potential clients from the “tire kickers” and start marketing to them sooner and more effectively. Thus, our tools allow real estate agents to increase their effectiveness. This ultimately means reduced listing times and ensured sales. Below is a small sample of what we do. We put together this project for Mike Vesole from @properties. I’ve also attached a picture of what stage of construction the building is actually in.

We built a full virtual tour of the building and all the selections that the developer is offering. In addition, we built the website to host it. On the home page, you can play around to see what the building will look like during the day and night, rotate left or right to see the neighborhood, and if you click on "see neighborhood", you can see all the amenities and business around the area. You can also select any unit and go through it virtually. Buyers also have the opportunity to select and view the multiple finishes in the bathrooms and the 2 options available for the living room/dinning/kitchen area that the developer is offering. Moreover, the virtual tour is built to exact size and specifications of the actual building plans and layout. Thus, that's exactly what the units will look when they're finished in 5 months.

Before we started working with Mike, the actual property was not marketable. It would have taken another 5 months before he would be able to start selling it. The obvious benefit of this tool is that it allows Mike to start marketing the property right now. In other words, it allows a 5 month head start, which in this market is invaluable. thanks. the company was actually started when a developer and a technology company merged. With that said, we have a good understanding what the industry needs since we have been in this business for over 10 years.

thanks guys. the site has been getting very consistent traffic, about 10-15 people per day now.

That's to less. I'm getting 2000-3000 unique visitors to my blog, just from publishing in the social sites...

that's true, but i should have clarified. he's getting 10-15 potential buyers to look at the site. i think what's more important, he says people are scheduling showings after seeing the site. if we could generate that large number of buyers that would be awesome.
