Best Real Estate Deal Ever!!!! [SPAM]

Hi Guys,
I have a friend that has locked up a subject to deal for 33 acres of land, in Greenbay Wisc. He has taken over the deed/title and purchased the land for $US 850 000 "Subject To" it's original financing. In other words, he has ASSUMED the mortgage ... but the mortgage is still officially in the seller's name.
We need anyone that is willing to take over this deal in Greenbay Wis., so long as he gets $US 50 k and I get $US 50 k we can move it for the balance of the $US 850K mortgage, and right now it's worth around $US 2 million.
INSTANT EQUITY OF OVER $US 1 MILLION FOR THE BUYER!!!
In about a year from now when they finish the strip mall with a couple big name restaurants directly across the street from this, then that puppy will be worth $US 5.6 - 7 MILLION.
It's already zoned for ANYTHING YOU CAN THING OF, between motels or strip centers or what ever is desired.
It REALLY IS A GREAT DEAL especially because it is located at the intersection of the main area right in that lil town that it's in.
