$64 million, multi family complex 316 units. I'm not a realator...so not sure if that is the kind of answer you are looking for.

Standard transaction
was $2.7M - biggest Foreclosure sale was $17.5M - I have relationships that result in a series of multi million dollar transactions and I've had a number of complexes where the total of the deals surpasses this but on a single closed deal I can't lie, $2.7
